- Clear photos of the product
- Reason for the request
Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
